Are you a new user? Here’s what you need to know…

Follow the link below and click the ‘Create New Account’ button on the sign-in page. 

Complete the short registration form, using your email address as your username as well as your email address. If you have an NHS email address, please use this instead of your personal email address. If you do not have a NHS email address you can use a personal email address.

Make sure that in the ‘Other fields’ section you select your job role carefully, from the ‘Clinical job role’ or ‘Non clinical job role’ field.

Once you have logged in you will be taken to a homepage where the CRS eLearning course for the job role you selected will be automatically assigned to you.

There can be a delay of up to an hour with the system assigning your eLearning course – if you do not see the course name in the ‘Current eLearning’ section of your dashboard, please wait and then try logging in again. 

If you have created an account and cannot log in, please check that you have not missed a verification email. Often these can get sent to Spam/Junk folders and  can be missed easily.

Please ensure your Manager/Bank Partners has requested a Network Login for Kingston Hospital for you before you start at the Trust. These must then be verified by calling the IT Service Desk on 0208 973 5200.

Help with eLearning

eLearning for non-CRS applications and CRS eLearning as a refresher

If you are an existing member of staff and accessing eLearning for non-CRS applications, or CRS eLearning as a refresher, then you will still need to register as above.

Once you have registered you will be assigned CRS eLearning automatically, though you do not need to complete it as you already have a working CRS Smartcard. Instead, you can access ad-hoc eLearning through the navigation buttons on the dashboard.
