Biography

Dr Hogh graduated from St George’s Hospital Medical School in 1994. She completed her training in General and Geriatric medicine in the South West Thames region & was appointed as a Consultant physician at Kingston Hospital in May 2006. She has worked in a number of different clinical areas in the last 13 years including AAU, the department of geriatric medicine, outpatients and in the community (providing an outpatient service and ward liaison service at Tolworth Hospital), as well as being part of community multidisciplinary meetings.

Her academic and supervisory roles have included: joint lead in transformation of undergraduate medicine of undergraduate geriatric medicine training on behalf of St George’s University of London, lead for undergraduate teaching of P year medical students from St George’s, Honorary senior lecturer, ARCP assessor for foundation trainees (F1& F2), as well as being an educational & clinical supervisor.

She has been involved in management roles since 2011 when she became the Specialist lead for inpatient medicine, before becoming the Clinical director of elderly care in 2013. In October 2018 she was appointed as chief of medicine for unplanned care, with the remit of leading the development and delivery of the care of inpatients and outpatients in medicine and the care of patients attending the Emergency Department.
