Biography

Dr Chinnasamy has been a Consultant Physician in Diabetes, Endocrinology and Acute Medicine at Kingston Hospital since 2016. She completed Specialist Registrar Training in South West London Region between 2010- 2016. Prior to this she completed a Clinical Teaching fellowship with St Georges University of London and is now a Fellow of Higher Education Academy. She has a keen interest in Medical Education. She has presented a number of scientific abstracts in many Regional and National meetings. She was the winner of oral Presentation in National Clinicopathological Pituitary Conference in 2016.

She is a passionate specialist with wide range of interest in all aspects of Endocrinology and Diabetes. She is the lead Consultant for Insulin Pump Service at Kingston Hospital. She links with St Georges Hospital through the Pituitary MDT and closely liaises with regional tertiary centres.
