However long your stay, we want you to be comfortable and relaxed. With accessible en-suites and a bright and welcoming reception area, our aim is for you to experience an exceptional level of comfort during your stay with us.

From the moment you contact Kingston Private Health, our expert and friendly staff are here to help.

Nursing care

Whilst our dedicated and professional nursing staff will be caring for you during your stay, your consultant is in overall charge of your clinical care.

24-hour experienced doctors on-hand

To support your consultant, we also provide 24-hour cover through our resident medical officers (RMOs), who are on hand to provide you with an additional level of care.

Infection control

Control of infection is given the highest priority and all of our staff take responsibility for this. You and your visitors will be asked to use alcohol hand gels and follow staff guidance where necessary. Please speak to any of our nursing team for more information on reducing infection

Additional personal services

We also appreciate that for those who may need to stay with us for more than one or two nights you may require additional personal services. Please do not hesitate to raise such requests either before or during your stay.

Visitors

Please only visit if you are well. Don’t visit if you have any COVID, cold or flu like symptoms – this includes a runny nose, sore throat, cough, temperature headache, loss of smell or taste. Many patients in our hospital are very unwell and vulnerable to infection.

What may be a very mild respiratory infection for you, could if passed on to one of our patients, be very serious. Visitors are no longer expected to wear a mask during their visit unless they choose to.

Parking

Kingston Private Health has dedicated parking spaces for patients and visitors. If you are a patient or friend or family member and would like make use of our private car park please ensure you register your car registration details with the reception team on arrival to or to kphbookings@nhs.net.

Failure to register every time you use the private car park will result in a parking fine. Parking in public or staff car park areas will also result in a parking fine which you are liable for, and we are unfortunately unable to cancel.
