A team of finance colleagues, and inclusion and diversity ambassadors for South West London, have been awarded second place in the Diversity and Inclusion category of this year’s Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) National Healthcare Finance Awards.

Basit Attah, Lillian Auma, Pushpal Basnet, Tahira Butt, Indie Kaur, Ranjana Manivannan, Efosa Odaro, Piya Patel and Sapna Patel, were shortlisted for the award for their work to develop an innovative framework for delivery of the National EDI Action Plan, which has been adopted by other inclusion and diversity ambassador teams across the region and nationally.

The HFMA National Healthcare Finance Awards programme recognises and celebrates the work of finance teams and individuals from across the UK. Winners of this year’s awards were announced on Thursday 5 December. Find out more on the Healthcare Financial Management Association website.
