Olympic medalists kick off annual Night to Remember charity walk
As part of a recent initiative to look at areas where we could make improvements, we asked patients what one thing we could do to make services better.
Over 200 patients shared their views – here are some of the things we heard and the changes we are putting in place:

Reviewing options with our catering providers

Putting up new posters in the unit to provide more information for patients

Sharing resources with staff to support them to provide reasonable adjustments for patients with a disability or impairment, which includes a visual communication tool
